When do I pay for the trip?

Each tourist arrangement has certain payment and cancellation conditions, please read the terms and conditions in detail. You can find the terms in the "footer" section of our website.

How can I pay in installments?

Payment in installments (up to 12 installments) is possible if the amount is greater than 500.00 KM and with the following cards:

 

BBI Platinum Card

Raiffeisen Shopping Card

Unicredit Shopping Card

Payment with all other cards and all other banks is only possible once.

 

If you have entered the card data for which payment in installments is enabled, the option of choosing an installment will automatically be offered to you for selection (immediately below the card data)!

Is there an option to cancel the reservation?
